Alright we are already in August, school is getting ready to start up again, football season is just 4 weeks away and the real estate market is showing signs of improvement.  We have noticed that sales overall have been picking up due to prices being really low for lots located in Sunny HIlls Florida, but this is the same across the country in general,  There are some great deals on vacant land and lots in Sunny Hills starting at $9,900.00 for really good lots.  I know most buyers out there do not have cash to buy at this time but call me to see what we can work out for you and maybe get you a good lot with Seller Financing so that you can take advantage of the low low prices in todays market.

Also for those of you who did read the updates about the Airport It is moving along ahead of schedule and will be ready to go sometime between March & May 2010.  This will give this region of Florida a big boost overall with new jobs, higher tax revenue for the county and also will help this region of Florida grow at a faster pace overall which will also lead to higher real estate prices near the Airport.  So if I were you I would not wait to long to buy in Sunny Hills Florida Before prices start climbing up again.
