We have some new lots in Sunny Hills for sale in Units 6 + 7 for some great prices. The first lot is in Unit # 6 and its a corner lot within 1 minute from the golf course. The seller said they would look at all offers so they can move it quickly. The next lot for sale is located in Unit # 7 and the price well you guessed it all reasonable offers will be looked at for a quick sale.
Here are some things you must look at as a buyer if you are serious about purchasing land in sunny hills florida.
1. Act Quickly once you found the lot that you like
2. Expect to close in 2-3 weeks
3. Make Sure this is what you want to do
4. Determine can you really afford to buy or not
5. Plan on Holding to the lot for more than 2 years as investment
I have come across so many buyers in my years selling land in different areas of Florida and I find that most buyers are honestly not ready to make a purchase and will spend days and weeks wasting peoples time on something they are not ready to buy. Please think this through before getting involved with a Private Seller or Real Estate Agent so that you don’t burn any bridges needless to say. There is nothing worse than a buyer or seller who can not make up there mind about what they want to do. There is a lot more work involved in the sale or purchase of vacant land for a Realtor.
Though the economy is not getting any better as of now I also have noticed that prices in my area have leveled off over the last couple of months as well. If you are serious about purchasing land or lots in sunny hills or other areas then now would be the time to do so. Prices are low enough that paying cash is an option since it is also near impossible to get a bank loan on vacant land in today’s market. You can also expect to see more sellers willing to sell land with seller financing or land for sale with owner financing.
