Mostly older homes are in this area, though there are some newer homes that were built most clients prefer buying where a higher percentage of newer homes vs older homes are located in Units like, #1, #2, #3, 4,5,6. Unit 4 is not all that bad but If you are buying land for a future investment and you plan on building a newer larger home than compared what was built in the area of Unit 4 then you should buy in the areas where more newer homes are going to be built.
