Best Units To Buy In Sunny Hills Florida

Unit # 1

in Sunny Hills is the best area to buy right now because of the all the home builders and investors that are buying most of the lots. This is going to create a bigger demand on the areas surrounding Unit 1 in Sunny Hills. Most of Unit 1 has City Water In Place as of July 2008.

These Unit’s are a great place to buy now, all of these Units surround Unit 1, they are also close to the Main Entrance on the south end of the community. ** As of July 2008 a City Water supply is available. ** This is where the over flow of Buyers will most likely end up purchasing land when prices in Units 1 & 6 get out of hand.  *** Notice That we Did not include Unit 4 This is for a reason. ***

Unit # 6

is the Golf Course Subdivision, Though its not as built up as Unit 1, it is still atracting the Builders and investors because of the Golf Course itself. The New Owner of the Sunny Hills Golf Course has spent close to 1 Million Dollars on the course since he took over in 2005-2006. Prices in Unit 6 are sure to rise quickly once the economy and real estate market turns around. ** As of July 2008 most parts of Unit 6 have a City Water Supply or if You are looking to build a home today the county should be able to bring the water supply to you within 6-10 months.

Unit 7 width=

is located on the north side of the Golf Course and would be a good long term investment, Though most of the roads are paved there still are not as many homes in this part of Sunny Hills but it would still be a very good investment in the coming years.

Unit 8

is where you will find most of the Multifamily lots or Commercial land for sale, Now there are other areas where you could find Commercial land but most of the Lots where you can build Duplexes will be found in Unit 8.

Unit 9

There is really nothing happening at all in this area as of today ( 7/2008 ). Builders are not looking into this area for some years down the road. If you would like to buy in Unit 9 you need to expect to
hold on for about 5-10 years.

Unit 10

Between the 2 area’s the better place to Buy would be in Unit 10 mostly in short it is much closer to the Golf Course and everything else in Sunny Hills. These Units are located in the south eastern part
of the Sunny Hills Community. Recently Deltona finished paving the roads in this area which is a selling point to potential buyers. There are only a hand full of homes in these Units, But on the Bright side there is a 218 Acre Community being developed on the north side of this community. This new Community will feature 1 Acre Home Sites starting around $ 60,000.00 ( 11/2007 )

Unit 11

Unit 11 would make a great longer term investment for those willing to hold onto for 5-10 years for a big return. Though the roads in Unit 11 are paved there is not a City Water Supply in place as of July 2008, I would expect that this area could get city water within 5 years once the real estate market picks up.

Unit 19

Unit 19 is a great area to buy land in sunny hills, Unit 19 is located within 1-2 minutes from Boat Lake and from highway 77. You usually will not find many lots for sale in this area of Sunny Hills Florida under $ 20,000.00. By Far on of the safest and best places to buy land or real estate in the Sunny Hills Florida Community.
